Surface Preparation:

1. To be applied as a first coat on porous powdery or "lime wash" surfaces before application of Emulsion or Gloss paints.

2. Wire brush and sand all affected areas thoroughly. Remove grease, wax, loose particles, dust, and ensure surfaces are completely dry.

3. Then apply one or two coats of Penetrating liquid by brush or roller. 

Thinner / cleaner: Kaleidoscope 2000 thinners

Drying time : Allow overnight drying between applications. Touch dry in 4 hours

Coverage: 24-29 sq meters per Gallon.
