Returns and Cancellation Policy


Most new unopened merchandise sold can be returned within 14 days of purchase unless stated otherwise. Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, (e.g. credit card), unless stated otherwise. Items must be returned with all components intact for a full refund. A valid form of identification may also be required.

A restocking charge of 12.5% of the value of the item(s) shall be applied to all standard products which have been returned after having been delivered in accordance with buyer’s instructions.

To return purchase you have made please email or call 642-2583, 642-9011 or 642-6083. Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Yee Ken Hardware.


To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via phone, or email. We shall do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, since we send orders to our warehouses frequently throughout the day to provide fast fulfillment and shipping, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.
