Penta Latex Sealer Penetrating Liquid Gallon

Penetrating Liquid is an alkyd medium which penetrates and binds loose and powdery materials. Suitable for use as a pretreatment on interior and exterior surfaces that have been previously coated and which display a tendency to powder. Stir well before use.

Touch dry : 3 hrs

Re-coat time: 12 hours

Hard dry 24 hours

Coverage: 9 sq meters per litre

Surface Preparation: All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from loose, peeling and flaking material.

Apply one coat of Penetrating liquid. This will bind any remaining loose material, providing a compact base for subsequent coats of paint.
